MEMBER COMPANY PRICING

Member registration pricing is available for employees of Volta Foundation Member Companies (Platinum, Gold, Silver) only. Non-members attempting to register as members may have their registration cancelled without notice and will be charged a $150 processing fee.  A list of current Volta Foundation Member Companies may be found at: https://volta.foundation/member-companies

GROUP REGISTRATION

Group registration is available for parties of three (3) or more. While no additional discount is available, group registration can be paid via a company invoice. Registration will not be confirmed until payment is received.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER POLICY

CANCELLATION POLICY

Conference registration may be canceled with full refund provided that a written request for cancellation is received by Friday, February 13. After February 13, 2026, all registrations are non-refundable. No refunds ore credit will be given for cancelations received after February 13, 2026 or for no-shows. Cancellation requests must be submitted by e-mail to events@volta.foundation. Registrants are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance to guard against the possible cost of a late cancellation or to take advantage of the Transfer/Substitution Policy explained below.

 

TRANSFER/SUBSTITUTION POLICY

Prior to February 13, 2026, registrants may transfer their registration to another person at no cost. To request such a transfer, the registrant must submit a substitution request by e-mail to events@volta.foundation and designate the names of both the original registrant and substitute as well as the company affiliation, job title, e-mail address and cell phone number of the substitute. Transfers or substitutions made after February 13, 2026 will be required to pay a $150 transfer fee and will be invoiced accordingly.
